Product Review: IT Cosmetics ‘Bye Bye Foundation’ and Kit

Product Review: IT Cosmetics Bye Bye Foundation

Confession: I love a good infomercial. I mean, who doesn’t? I get sucked in and want to buy everything. Every damn thing. Slap Chop? Got it. NutriBullet? Totally had it. George Foreman Grill? Obvy. So there was no resisting the allure of the IT Cosmetics TV presentation hosted by Alison Sweeney, who I grew to love/hate/love on Days of Our Lives as a teen.

Since I am a bit of a beauty junkie, I had to give their famous ‘Bye Bye Foundation‘ a try. Sharing some photos and thoughts on the full kit just ahead.

Mom Life: The Target Mirror Reality Check

Have you ever looked back and caught sight of yourself in a Target three-way mirror? Let me rephrase. Still, being born and raised in this city within pretty modest means will undoubtedly make you a bit of a deal hunter, like it or not. And if you’re one of the tribe that believes nice things don’t necessarily always have to be out of reach, then it’s likely you’ve figured out some of these tips for yourself. Continue reading

Review: Wantable Style Edit

Wantable-Review-May-Style-Edit

I never thought I’d be one for a monthly styling subscription (being a “pear shape” isn’t easy!). But because I find myself shopping online these days pretty much 95% of the time (and often returning a good portion of what I’ve purchased), I decided to give the new Wantable Style Edit a try. I’d used them (and reviewed them) before, so when they released their first styling service for apparel recently (their intimates box has been one of my favorites for a few months now), I figured I’d give it a shot. Read ahead for all the details & pics.
